Objective

The objectives for which the organization is established are all or any of the following. All the objectives will be implemented after obtaining necessary permission from the Government/ Concerned authority/complement authority and the objectives contrary to MGL section 180 of societies Registration Act.1971 shall be treated as ineffective. The objectives are as follows:

1. To undertake and carry on any humanitarian or charitable program for the poor and under privileged people.

2. To estabilsh a program for the promotion of literature, fine arts, science and education.

3. To estabilsh a program to distribute relief among the neglected and poverty stricken in the event of any natural calamities like flood, storm, cyclone and earth quake etc.

4. To arrange/ establish training activities of improved educational programs for illiterate and halfeducated people.

5. To promote awareness among the general public, the poor masses and human society of this beneficial program.

6. To establish libraries, a reading room, and a study center in order to develop the habit of study for the benefit of the society.

7. To establish a free medical center, and charitable dispensary hospitals for human welfare.

8. To provide nutritious foods and high profile eye treatment to protect the mother and child’s health interests. In addition, to provide an HIV/AIDS-STTDS mass awareness campaign along with other health-treatment by establishing a mobile and permanent health center and an eye hospital.

9. To promote awareness within the society in order to remove racial and religious discrimination.

10. To promote awareness within the society by removing gender-based discrimination and preventing gender violence.

11. To promote awareness regarding the adverse health effects of smoking and drug addiction.

12. Disbursing micro-credit through the discussion and approval of the board of Directors to the small entrepreneurs.

13. Purchasing fixed and temporary asset and building infrastructure to meet the foundation’s need while abiding by the country’s existing laws. The Foundation reserves the right to sell its own properties for the sake of welfare according to the country’s law.

14. To promote the motivation to work among the public and to create awareness in literature, arts and science.

15. To promote awareness within the society about the environmental pollution control and to undertake environment development projects and provide arsenic free water.

16. To build a society free from all sorts of exploitation, discrimination and oppression where everyone can enjoy the fruits of freedom and basic Human Rights.

17. To provide assistance to functional and non functional organization such as, child education, health, nutrition, sanitation and legal aid.

18. To establish, run and maintain School, College and such other educational institutions, both general and technical, for the purpose of diffusion of useful knowledge among the people.

19. Maintaining branch offices with the help of our own finances, or throught affiliation with the investors or organizations, home and abroad, in order to run the Foundation activities.

20. To arrange for our officers and staffs to join local and international workshops and conference for skill development.

21. To co-operate with foreign donors for developing activities in Bangladesh.

22. To promote awareness in the society to prevent child labor and to provide them with vocational education for skill development.

23. To organize workshop/ seminars/ training for the skill development of our stakeholder members of our organization related to our activities.

INCOME:
The income and property of the Foundation, whatsoever derived, shall be applied solely towards the promotion of the objective purpose of the Foundation as set forth in this memorandum and no portion whereof shall be paid or transferred directly or indirectly by way of dividend, bonus salary, honorarium, pocket money or otherwise however by way of profit to persons who at any time are the members of the Foundation.
DISSOLUTION OR WINDING UP:
If upon the dissolution of the foundation, there remain any assets after liquidation of all its debts and liabilities, those assets will not be paid to or distributed among the members of the Foundation, but will be given or transferred to or applied to some other non-profit organization, to be determined by the 3/5th majority of the members of Foundation.
